Patents, Trademarks, and Licensing the Technology

Essential features of the Maltin® System are protected by patents, the majority of which have already been granted and others which are pending. There is also considerable intellectual property involved in building and operating the system which is unique and is only released to licensees.

Organic Power operates three levels of licensing:

  • Regional Licence
  • Top Licence
  • Plant Licence
